GMANZ joins application to the High Court

GMANZ has joined the application to the High Court seeking Judicial Review of aspects of the new Harm Minimisation regulations The proceedings, brought earlier by three GMANZ members in their own names, now seeks to review the extent of the surveillance of gamblers and the reporting requirements imposed by the new Regulations. A Hearing of the Claim is scheduled for November 20 - before the coming into force of the main regulations on 1 December. The Statement of Claim is below.
